Very interesting concept, people automatically relate foreign cars to quality and do not give the American car a chance. What exactly was the benefit of Ford not taking the bailout money?

I love this video and the idea of building a brand loyalty, not to a specific auto company, but loyal to the concept of "Buying American." Ford cars are the best they've ever been- offering so many lines with a variety of options and features... I'm a huuuge fan of the Escape.

It is very significant that Ford Motor Company did not take bailout money from the government. Ford did not ask taxpayers to capitalize its business. Ford has chosen to do it the old fashioned way...self sufficient and self funded.

There isnt a presentation or a narrator in the world that could convince me to buy another American car. I have been buying Toyota for the last 6 years and can not think of one reason why I should switch back to American... They call them American cars but they are probably produced in China anyway.. right..

Great message Sally. To the person driving Toyota, happy to hear you are satisfied with your vehicle, but you don't know what you are missing unless you open your mind and find out what Ford Motor Company has to offer. Do yourself a favor and at least test drive a Ford product next time you are in the market for a vehicle. The perception is that Toyota and other Japanese imports have better quality, but that has changed. Take a look at Consumer Reports and JD Powers information. Not to mention the styling and technology like SYNC blows Toyota away. Ford Motor Company will be the #1 auto manufacturer by the end of the year.
